K'Seena House is a private heritage garden wedding venue in Selangor, offering couples an intimate setting surrounded by lush greenery and timeless architecture. At the heart of the estate stands a beautifully preserved black-and-white heritage house, creating a distinctive backdrop for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and celebrations.

Located just outside Kuala Lumpur, K'Seena House combines the charm of a historic estate with the privacy of an exclusive venue. From intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, our gardens and heritage home provide a naturally beautiful setting that feels both relaxed and unforgettable.
WEDDINGS
At K'Seena House, guests have the option of holding their ceremonies either indoors or outdoors. We offer a wide selection of canopy packages as well as choices of wedding decor ranging from simple yet elegant styles to elaborate modern settings. An extended menu of delectable Malay and International dishes is also available to serve for your F&B needs.

THE GARDEN
Our 24,000ft² garden is perfect for outdoor ceremonies. We can accommodate up to 150 Chiavari chairs for theatre seating.

THE HOUSE
Our indoor space is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 60pax (floor seating) at a time. The house includes a day-use bridal suite with attached bathroom as well as a second private room for guests.

THE MAIN YARD
Our 3,000ft² Main Yard is covered by canopies for guest dining. We can seat up to 300 guests for sit down dinner receptions whilst for buffet lunch receptions we can host a maximum of 600 guests (come & go).
HISTORY
K’Seena House (originally named Pondok K’Seena) was purchased from its original location in Tumpat in on 27 September 1940 by Dr Ali Othman Merican from a wealthy Chinese merchant and erected on a 1.5 acre plot of land in Telipot, Kelantan. He aptly named his residence Pondok K’Seena. After his passing, the house was occupied by his son Dato Dr Haji Ezanee Merican and his family through the 1950’s and 1960’s. It was later occupied by Dr Ali Othman Merican’s other son Sidique Ali Merican and his family. The last of Dr Ali Othman Merican’s children to occupy the house was his daughter Lylone Merican’s and her family.

The house then lay vacant for a couple of years until it was finally dismantled by Dato Dr Haji Ezanee Merican; plank by plank, tile by tile and moved to its current location in 1997.
​
In 2015, Pondok K'Seena reopened its doors as a venue after it was given a massive makeover by Straits Collective Sdn. Bhd. and is now known as K'Seena House.
